About The Keppoch at Culloden, Bar and Restaurant

Some places just feel like they belong. The Keppoch at Culloden is one of them.

THE STORY

A Bar and Restaurant
With Deep Roots

Situated in Culloden, just minutes from Inverness in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, The Keppoch at Culloden, or The Kepp as locals have always known it, is a bar and restaurant built around one thing: proper food, done well.

Behind The Keppoch at Culloden are Bee and Steve, the husband and wife team who founded Househill Cafe in 2020 just outside Nairn. What started as a small idea quickly became one of the most loved food spots on the Moray Coast, built on a simple belief that great food, a warm welcome, and a relaxed atmosphere are all you really need.

The Househill food truck followed, then Househill Farmshop, and now, The Keppoch at Culloden. When the opportunity came to bring The Keppoch name back to Culloden, they couldn't say no.

THE STORY

Proper Food,
Done Well

Steve's menus are built around quality ingredients, honest cooking, and dishes worth coming back for. From small plates and bar snacks to hearty mains, Sunday carvery, and everything in between, the food at The Keppoch at Culloden is straightforward, seasonal, and seriously good. We work with local Highland suppliers to keep things fresh and rooted in where we are, serving the kind of food that feels right whether you're dropping in for a quick lunch or settling in for the evening.
