Filled with roasted vegetables, herbs and breadcrumbs, served with a dressed winter salad.

Pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich roast gravy.
White wine, dill and caper cream sauce, crispy new potatoes and braised greens.
Stuffed with haggis and black pudding, served with creamed mash, seasonal greens and peppercorn sauce.

Finished with chocolate shards and pouring cream.
